— Welcome —
STILL is a small sanctuary in the forests of Asia, designed for those who need to exhale.
The shift
What you carry, and what you can leave behind.
Tired of noise
Space for silence
An overwhelmed mind
A slower rhythm
Disconnection from self
A return to inner stillness
— Experiences —
Ten quiet practices, one returning.

Sound Healing
Bronze and crystal bowls move through the body in slow waves, loosening what words cannot reach.
— The House —
Two villas by the river, held by mountains.
Two private villas on two hectares of land beside a quiet river, an hour and a half from the city. Mountain views on every side, deep green all around. Wide windows opening onto garden and forest. No televisions, no rush, no schedule that does not begin with breath.

— Philosophy —
Live slowly. Observe, breathe — and return to yourself.
STILL is a retreat for people who are tired of constant noise, endless socializing, work, meetings, parties, and the overwhelming pace of modern city life.
In Da Nang, it is easy to stay constantly in motion — but difficult to truly slow down. That is why we are creating a space where people can ground themselves, exhale, restore their inner resources, and gradually reconnect with themselves.
The retreat gently guides each participant toward inner stillness through nature, slow living, meditation, body awareness practices, and soft, attentive support. We are not followers of Zen Buddhism, yet we thoughtfully incorporate several elements of its philosophy and practices: presence, simplicity, observation, respect for silence, and deep attentiveness to the present moment.
The main purpose of the retreat is to help people release themselves from the endless stream of thoughts, rediscover inner stability, reconnect with their true desires, and experience a sense of calm again.
One of the defining aspects of STILL is its approach to guidance, inspired by the philosophy of Japanese retreats. There are no alarms, harsh schedules, rigid instructions, or pressure. Instead, throughout the entire experience, participants are accompanied by a guide — someone who gently reminds, gathers, supports, and carefully leads them through the retreat journey with sensitivity and care.
The retreat is designed not only to provide rest and restoration, but also to leave participants with something deeper: the ability to return to themselves every day, even after returning to ordinary life.
— Four days —
A gentle arc, not a programme.
Day 01
Arrive
A slow walk into the forest. The first long exhale beside the river.
Day 02
Soften
Sound, breath and gentle movement begin to dissolve the noise.
Day 03
Return to self
Presence in the moment. Slowing down to your own rhythm.
Day 04
Carry it with you
A quiet morning, a final practice. Carry the stillness back into your life.
— Guides —
Those who hold the space.
Four guides. Each holds their own quiet stretch of the path — without haste, without unnecessary words.
